We made these cute animal portraits out of egg cartons and cardboard – all recycled materials.

The kids painted the snouts and I hot glued them onto the cardboard. We made little ears out of the egg carton extra pieces.

I rounded the corners of the cardboard pieces and drew the bodies on after the faces were hot glued. We used a little white paint to make the cute edging detail.
