This is one of the best birthday, wedding, cupcake etc frostings ever. It’s so fluffy, easy to smooth on and simple to make.

2/3 Cup Crisco All Vegetable Shortening

2 tsps. Almond Extract (I use this instead of Vanilla – the cake will smell like a bakery!)

1/4 tsp. sea salt

4-5 C. powdered sugar

5 to 6 Tbsps. milk

Beat shortening, almond and salt in large bowl with mixer on high speed until fluffy.

Add powdered sugar – gradually adding milk, until evenly blended.
